We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99. Shipping costs are displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed.

3.1 What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept PayPal as our primary payment method. Eligible customers may also use Venmo, which is processed securely through PayPal.

Yes. All payments are processed directly through PayPal and Venmo using secure, encrypted systems. Novoliners does not store, process, or have access to your full payment details.
4. Returns & Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within up to 12 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
